The property can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 16 guests, making it ideal for large groups or family gatherings.

The house is large with newly renovated kitchen, bathroom and outdoor area. It's filled with amenities including 5 TVs, arcade games, ping pong, air hockey, putting green, board games, Karaoke Machine, and more.

Outside you'll find the fire pit, outdoor island, sitting area with misting system, pool and spa (can be heated for $75 per night).

Living Room - 85 inch Samsung TV and leather sectional sofa, has karaoke, games and arcade machines

Loft - 65 inch TV and seating

Family Room - 65 inch TV, fireplace, ping pong table and air hockey table

Kitchen is stocked with basic pots and pans, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee machine that takes ground coffee and k-cups (with a starting supply). This house has a large 100lb ice machine

Five Bedrooms - one is downstairs with full bath, four are upstairs:

1-Upstairs Primary Suite features a King-sized Bed, views of the pool and lush green park, ceiling fan and large walk-in closet. Private, ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub, shower and two vanity sinks. Has a 65 inch Samsung TV (sleeps 2).

2-Downstairs Primary Bedroom features three Full-sized beds, views of the front yard, closet. Is right next to a full bathroom with tub/shower. (sleeps 6)

3-King Bedroom features one King sized bed, ceiling fan, reach in closet. (sleeps 2)

4-Bunk Bedroom features a Full-sized bunk bed, dresser, and reach-in closet. (sleeps 4)

5- King Bedroom features a King-sized Bed, ceiling fan and reach-in closet. (sleeps 2)

-These last three bedrooms share a common upstairs bathroom with a tub/shower and dual sink vanity.

Other Amenities: Wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels plus complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap. Fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Please note that the furnishings and decor may not be exactly the same as in the pictures as they get replaced from time to time. Various supplies, kitchen appliances, tools and toys are in the house and available for your use. Although we inspect these items after guests check out and/or before guests check in, we cannot guarantee that they are in perfect working condition or safe for your intended use. If you have any questions about how to operate something, please ask. We provide consumable household supplies (kitchen, bath and laundry) to last a few days but you may need to pick up additional supplies to last your reservation.

Pets are welcome and there is a pet fee of $50. If your pet is not a dog that is medium sized or smaller, please inquire first about suitability. Unfortunately, we generally cannot accommodate wolf breeds, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Pit Bulls and Rottweilers.

The pool can be heated for $75 per night, which includes spa heating. Pool heating is not necessary in the Summer. Please reach out for a recommendation

If you are looking for an Airbnb that is not surrounded by other Airbnbs, this is the house for you. There is a large park behind the house and one neighbor next door. Other neighbors are farther away across the street.

However, this is not a party house and loud noise is NOT welcome in this residential neighborhood. We ask that all activities past 10pm be taken indoors or at kept at conversation-level volume.

The garage is currently being used as storage and not accessible to guests. There is one storage closet inside the house that is locked and used for storage
